Cancellation Policy
Client must cancel scheduled cleaning at least 3 days prior to the cleaning to avoid an additional charge of $50 to any future cleaning.
Housekeeping Rescheduling
Basic / Deep Cleaning
Clients that are set up to either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly housekeeping service must stick to their ongoing schedule. Any client that chooses to reschedule or skip a cleaning will be charged an additional $40 on their next cleaning.
Please make sure to schedule the type of cleaning you need based on the conditions of the home. If you schedule a basic cleaning but the home is in deep cleaning conditions there will be an additional charge or additional cleaning needed.
